Michelle: Santa Cruz, California, United States; Hello! I'm Michelle. This blog began as a project for my 53rd bday. After 25 years of teaching others how to communicate well, I decided to tilt my head to the side and see what comes out here. My goal is to give you tried-and-true tips I teach that are easy to use and fun to read. There are a few posts mixed in that are a bit more personal, too. I surpassed my goal of 53 posts long ago.
